Contribute to the Friends of the New Braunfels Public Library Endowment Fund and invest in the future of your community. Our endowment will provide a perpetual source of funding for the growing needs of the library, and it allows donors to impact permanently a cause they care about.

The FOL Endowment Fund is in the capable hands of the New Braunfels Area Community Foundation. NBACF began in 2009 when a group of civic-minded individuals saw the need to create a local community foundation to offer individuals, business and families a professional and efficient way to match their philanthropic efforts with the needs of the area. A community foundation also relieves the benefactor of administrative burdens and overhead expenses.

Our Executive Committee and the membership have demonstrated through personal donations their commitment to the Endowment Fund and its impact on the future needs of the New Braunfels Public Library.

On behalf of the Friends of the Library, the NBACF, a 501 (c) (3) public charity,
accepts the following with the maximum tax deduction under current law.
In addition, capital gains tax cannot be levied on gifts to a community foundation.

Friend: Gifts of $500-$999
Sponsor: Gifts of $1,000 to $4,999
Patron: Gifts of $5,000 to $9,999*

In accordance with the NB Public Library policy, unless donors request to remain anonymous, they will be recognized publicly. Donor levels "Patron" and above shall be acknowledged on a perpetual plaque on the donor wall in the library. "Supporters," "Friends," and "Sponsors" will be recognized in the Yearbook and Newsletter.

Gifts of $100,000 or more shall be recognized on an individual basis acceptable to the donor(s) and in a manner appropriate for such a significant gift.
